How to rent a bike locker? Follow these 5 simple steps

1. Go to the web app
   Scan the QR code on the locker or visit https://webapp.velix.be. You’ll be directed to the page for your current location.
2. Log in or register
   Use your mobile number to log in. If it’s your first time, registering only takes a few seconds.
3. Add your payment method
   Choose how you’d like to pay: by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or direct debit. Your payment details are stored securely for future rentals.
4. Start your rental
   Tap “Start rental” to open your locker. You’ll first see a short summary of your reservation for confirmation.
5. Place your bike in the open locker
   The locker door opens automatically. Place your bike inside, close the door, and you’re all set!
